What we collect

If you send a quote request we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number and part details you enter. We do not ask for payment details on this site and you should never send them here.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your enquiry: to quote the work, to ask follow-up questions about the part, and to keep a record of what was quoted. We do not sell it and we do not share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Quote correspondence is retained for as long as needed to service the enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added later, this section must be updated to say what is measured and how to opt out.

The assistant on this site

This site carries a conversational assistant provided by ElevenLabs. It loads on every page and is operated by ElevenLabs on our behalf, which means anything you type or say to it is sent to and processed by ElevenLabs as well as by us.

The assistant can hold a spoken conversation. It will ask your browser for microphone permission before it can listen, and your browser will not grant that without your explicit consent. Declining costs you nothing on this site: every page works normally without it, and the quote form, telephone number and email address are unaffected.

Treat it as a public channel. Do not send part drawings, specifications, pricing or anything else confidential through the assistant. Use the quote form or email for those, which are covered by the section on drawings and technical information below.

How long the assistant's data is kept

Personal data and customer content processed through ElevenLabs are retained in accordance with the applicable ElevenLabs agreement and Data Processing Addendum (DPA). This site uses the ElevenLabs Self-Serve Services, under which ElevenLabs reserves the right to delete Customer Content following 180 days of inactivity. Data may be retained for longer where required by law or where contained in backup systems, subject to ElevenLabs' standard retention policies.

Drawings and technical information

Part drawings, specifications and files you send are treated as confidential and used only to quote and run your work. If you need a non-disclosure agreement in place first, say so before you send anything.
