Finishing capabilities and equipment
The six services above summarise the offering. Below is the full list of named processes running on the floor, at the level of detail an engineer needs before specifying a vendor.

Mass finishing
- Vibratory finishing, to deburr, radius, descale, burnish, clean and brighten in bulk
- Barrel finishing in six- and eight-sided barrels
- Centrifugal disc finishing, a high energy process for precision deburring of stamped and machined parts
- Belt sanding for flat stock and weld dressing
- Media selection across ceramic, plastic, steel and synthetic
Blasting
- Spinner hanger blasting, up to 2,000 lb per hook
- Tumble blasting for bulk material with small geometries
- Grit shot blasting for steel parts after heat treatment
- Stainless and glass bead blasting for cosmetic and profile control
- Descaling forgings and desanding castings
Cleaning and passivation
- Vapor degreasing
- Ultrasonic cleaning
- Agitated bath cleaning
- Continuous belt wash, rinse and blow-dry
- Stainless passivation, removing free iron and oxides while holding tolerances
- Dunnage cleaning, with parts repacked into your containers
Plating
- Zinc barrel plating for bulk hardware
- Zinc rack plating for larger and non-tumbleable parts
- Part range from small fasteners to 24 × 36 in stampings
- Mechanical zinc plating and mechanical galvanizing
- No hydrogen embrittlement on mechanically plated high-strength fasteners

Kitting, packaging and stocking, alongside the finishing lines
Machining
Honing, bore cleaning, milling, turning and fabrication on 4-axis VMC and lathe equipment. Milling to 14 × 18 × 32 in, turning to 10 in diameter × 24 in length, in stainless, brass, aluminium alloys and plastics.
Powder Coating & Wet Paint
Powder coating and wet paint applied with both manual and robotic equipment, including specialty and lubrication coatings, with full pre-treatment and inspection.
Media & Compounds
Ceramic, plastic, steel and synthetic tumbling media, plus cleaning compounds and rust inhibitors manufactured in-house, and metering systems for shops running their own finishing lines.
Rust & Corrosion Removal
Surface corrosion, white rust and red rust removed by chemical and physical methods that leave the substrate and the part dimensions intact.
Spin Riveting
Orbital spin riveting to customer specification, run as a value-added operation alongside finishing.
Packaging & Logistics
Special packaging, repacking into returnable dunnage, and trucking arranged as part of the job.
