Our powder coating and wet paint coating are done with both manual and robotic coating equipment. Spray-on coatings include aircraft grade primers and paints, industrial and extreme condition coatings such as Polane (epoxy/paint), lubrication coatings like Teflon (PTFE), and Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2). We can also coat with virtually any type of Urethanes, and Enamels based on customer specifications including Cerakote and Awlgrip for specialty applications.

An Economical Choice

Both powder coatings and spray-on coatings offer excellent economical value for industrial parts. Powder coating offers an environmentally-friendly method of applying a decorative and protective finish to a wide array of metal products. Powder coating is a dry coating system where an item is sprayed with an electrically charged powder consisting of finely ground particles of pigment and resin. The charged powder adheres to the grounded item of metal until it is baked in an oven, where it fuses to the substrate. Powder coating results in a high quality, smooth, uniform, and durable finish.

Ensuring You a Quality Coating

We make sure you receive the coating quality you need. Once we receive your lot of parts, our inbound receiving team conducts an inspection and count. All parts are washed and iron phosphate or chromate corrosion protected (per your specifications) before the finished coatings are applied. Some coatings call for a clear coat or top coat to protect the color from UV or environmental conditions. After coating and curing, the parts are inspected and boxed based on packing requirements per order. Our staff understands that each order may be different so tracking work orders and routing instructions are key in our business.
